S.I.E.P and Jay-P The Phenom are Kape Kullid Khoi, the neo cultural Hip Hop group from the Mother City, Cape Town.
The duo are both iconic solo Hip Hop artists in their own right, and together have formed a group that compliments their mutual love for the Hip Hop culture.
Kape Kullid Khoi speaks on so called coloured culture’s unique history, vocabulary, music, fashion, cuisine, and ambition as a people; whilst also tapping into the first people heritage that so-called coloured people are descendants of.
KKK deliberately fills the content of their music with duality in respect of the so called
coloured and khoe identities, this is done in an attempt to illustrate that in the 21st century the 2 are intrinsically connected to each other.
S.I.E.P is the founder and project curator of Ill Major Movements (IMM), an urban music
entity involved in the development of emerging artists via events, music competitions, an
online music sales platform, consulting, and music production. Jay-P The Phenom ranks
amongst artists with the most #1 commercial radio hits in South African music history.
